Supertech Eco Village Noida Poor Customer Service

The great construction giant, Supertech, had come up with a new plan at Noida extension, and due to its low prices, it started becoming a big hit. Seeing the response, as I also had a dream to have a home of my own house, planned to book a house, which would provide me with a shelter in the little amount of money i could efford right now. And here my nightmare started.

I got a call from Unicon, Sector 63, Noida from one of its sales exec, Anand. He very enthusiastically briefed me with the plan and offered to come down to my place to collect the documents. I gave him my address and he came down very promptly. He got the form fille up and i made my mother, Mrs. Sushila Chandra, the primary applicant and myself co-applicant. He took a cheque from me for Rs51,000/- as token amount and said will take it as a token amount for booking and shall return with the receipt and take the difference amunt cheque. The difference was 10%of booking amount minus 10% discount minus Rs51,000/- which i gave as a token amount.
I waited for days and days but he dint return. Finally, i called him up and he directed me to his sales manager, salim mian who said shall return to me shortly. he never reverted. i called up again and again and then Anand asked me to goto supertech, shopprix mall, noida to get my receipt. I was shocked at his response. he had assured me to revert with the receipt and provide customer service which he was denying after collecting the cheque and getting the sale.
Finally, i went to Supertech, Shopprix Mall, Noida only to find that they had shifted to Coranthum, Sector 62, Noida. Since i am without my own conveyance it was difficult for me to run here and there.
But somehow, i managed to get the cell numbers of responsible people including Mr. Soody, DGM, Sales. I called him up and told him my story in brief. he took my details and said would revert in 15 minutes which never happened. I calle up again and then he said he was in a board meeting and would call back but never did. Then I called up Prasant, Ashish Tomar, Deepti, all of them one by one, giving them my details and pain. They all assured me to revert in 15 minutes after getting the details, but this never never happened.
finally, i was about to leave the hope for the home when i got from Prateek Madaan, Astt Sales Manager, who pehaps got my number from his database. When i conveyed him my story, he convinced me that he shall certainly look into the same and get it sorted out. By this time, almost 2 mnths had already passed. He reverted promptly and informed that there was a drastic system error at system error in Suptertech and they had re-allotted the same flat multiple times and due to that they had stopped taking any further bookings. By that time, all the flats at Supertech Eco Village had been sold out and they had launched phase 2, which was giving possession 6 months later than phase one, in which i had placed the booking and the location was also not very lucrative and as per my choice. But he confirmed that luckily the same flat was still booked at my mother's name. But since the old cheque was lost at Supertech, an it was difficult to find it, it was better to put a stop payment over that cheque and issue a new cheque favoring them to save time.
I went to Unicon with Prateek and met Mr. naveen srivastava, DGM Sales, who assured me of proper service and guided Prateek to go alongwith me to Supertech, Coranthum, Noida and he shall coordinate from his office to get my flat booked.
Again with a ray of hope, i left with Prateek for Supertech but there was utmost confusion and nobody was willing to entertain us. One sardarji was there with a laptop and begged him to search for our flat details. We searched with the flat number, not there, with the primary applicant name, not there, with cheque number, not there.
I was totally exausted and worn out.Prateek assured me to look into it again next day and revert me with a solution. And before leaving, the Supertech guy, handed me an invitation for the bhumi poojan on 2nd of may! it looked as if he was trying to make mockery of me.
Since then, i never got Prateek's call. I am trying his number, but either he's not receiving the call or switching off his cell fone.
Is this Roti, Kapda aur Eco Village for a middle class man? Making fun of his emotions? Not against anybody, but my experience stops me from dealing with Suptertech and also telling everybody of their system. My name is avinash and i can be reached at +91-9891684570.
